Jessica currently lives in beautiful Victoria, BC where she works as an independent theatre and visual artist.

She often works for companies such as The Wonderheads, The Belfry Theatre, Chemainus Theatre Festival, Ramshackle Theatre, Gwaandak Theatre, TheatreSKAM, Intrepid Theatre, Victoria Operatic Society, and The Canadian Badlands Passion Play.

For many years, Jessica lived in the Yukon and during that time she co-founded a company called Open Pit Theatre.  In addition to her own work, Jessica continues to run the company as Co-Artistic Director, and often travels to Whitehorse when a new show is being developed. 

When she isn’t choreographing a show, directing, or writing a grant, you can find Jessica at the Canadian College of Performing Arts where she teaches devised theatre, movement, and musical theatre to aspiring pre-professional performers. Jessica is also a sessional acting teacher at The University of Victoria.

In addition to working in the performing arts, Jessica also creates original mixed-media artwork, puppets, and sculpted creatures through her company Mixed.Media.Monsters.
